Customizing Your Chatbot
Make the chat widget feel like a natural part of your website. Ragged provides extensive customization options directly from the dashboard and via the SDK configuration.
Visual Themes
You can customize the following visual aspects from the **Appearance** tab in your dashboard:
- Primary ColorUsed for buttons, links, and the widget trigger.
- Background StyleChoose between dark mode, light mode, or glassmorphism.
- Border RadiusAdjust how rounded the chat window and message bubbles are.
- TypographySelect fonts that match your brand's style.
Custom Widget Icon
Swap the default Ragged icon for your own logo. Upload a PNG or SVG in the **Settings > Embed** section to use it as the floating action button icon.
Visibility & Behavior
Control what your users see during a conversation:
- Show Sources:Display which documents or pages were used to generate the answer.
- Initial Message:Set a custom welcome message to greet your users.
- Suggested Questions:Provide quick-tap buttons for common inquiries.
