Ragged AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ragged AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded data remains yours, but you grant us the necessary rights to process and store it as part of the service.
In no event shall Ragged AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Ragged AI offers free and paid subscription plans (including monthly and annual Pro billing). When purchasing a subscription, fees are billed in advance on a recurring schedule based on your chosen plan. You authorize Ragged AI to charge your selected payment method. Prices are clearly detailed on our pricing page and are subject to change with advance notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@raggedai.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will retain access to your paid features until that time. If you experience technical failure or our service does not perform as advertised, contact support@raggedai.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund review.
